Franklin’s Courtney Shelton was honored as a scholar-athlete winner for the month of December. Shelton was a three-sport athlete, earning individual postseason honors in basketball, softball, and golf for the Lady Rebels. She will attend Lee University in the fall on a golf scholarship.
