Franklin Synergy Bank broke ground last week on a new office in Berry Farms, a 602-acre planned community located off Interstate 65 at the Peytonsville Road (Goose Creek) interchange. Under development by Boyle Investment Company, Phase I at Berry Farms includes Town Center, a mixed-use office, retail, residential area which will include the new Franklin Synergy Bank office.

“Berry Farms is an exciting location for our sixth Franklin Synergy Bank office,” noted Franklin Synergy Bank President Richard Herrington. “Berry Farms will be a neighborhood that makes it easy to connect to your neighbors and to businesses in the community. This vision matches our vision of connecting friends, neighbors and family to our bank. Our new office should be complete by late summer.”

Franklin Synergy plans to open an office in Spring Hill in February 2013. In October 2012, the bank reported that it had become the fifth largest bank of the 33 banks with offices in Williamson County, based on recently released FDIC market share data.
