502 Wilson Pike, LLC, by Deed of Trust dated May 18, 2018, and recorded at Book 7366, Pages 531-541, Register’s office for Williamson County, Tennessee, conveyed to Randall S. Tate, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure payment of a promissory note as described in said Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, the owner and holder of said promissory note has determined that the real property be advertised and sold in satisfaction of said debt and costs of foreclosure in accordance with the terms and provisions of the promissory note and deed of trust in the original amount of $1,700,000.00. NOW THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that I, Charles B. Being the same property conveyed to CALVARY CHAPEL BRENTWOOD, A NONPROFIT CORPORATION, by deed from THE DOLPHIN CLUB, LLC, A TENNESSEE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, of record in Book 4519, page 435, dated March 24. 2008, said Register’s Office.
Said property will be sold subject to such matters as would be discovered by an examination of the property and examination of the records of the Register of Deeds for Williamson County, Tennessee.
