 2.Consideration of A Resolution Declaring That the Health & Educational Facilities Board of the City of Franklin, Tennessee Shall Meet on January 12, 2021, and Conduct Its Essential Business by Electronic Means Rather Than Being Required to Gather a Quorum of the Members Physically Present in the Same Location Because It Is Necessary to Protect the Health, Safety, and Welfare of the Tennesseans in Light of the COVID-19 Outbreak.  

 3.Approval of Minutes from Meeting of June 5, 2020.

 4.PUBLIC HEARING:  Consideration of A Resolution Authorizing the Issuance, Execution and Delivery of the Financing and Loan Agreement on behalf of Franklin Christian Academy of Franklin, Tennessee (the “Borrower”) in an Amount Not to Exceed $12,750,000.  

 5.Other Business of the Committee 



Meetings of the Health & Educational Facilities Board are open and public sessions in accordance with law.
