WHEREAS, Bovill Land Acquisitions LLC executed a Deed of Trust to 5 Arch Funding

Corp., Lender, which was dated October 31, 2018, and recorded on November 5, 2018 in

Book 7498, Page 340, Instrument Number 18043531 in Williamson County, Tennessee

Register of Deeds. WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s)

and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder

of said Deed of Trust, 5AIF Nutmeg, LLC, (the “Holder”), appointed the undersigned,

Brock & Scott, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges

of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and NOW, THEREFORE, notice is

hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided

in said Deed of Trust by the Holder, and that as agent for the undersigned, Brock

& Scott, PLLC, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the power and authority vested in it, will

on March 17, 2020, at 1:30PM at the usual and customary location at the Williamson

County Courthouse, Franklin, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest

corner of the property conveyed to Frank Gorrell from Tyler Berry and Tyler Berry, III

as record in Book 237, Page 261 Register”™s Offi ce for Williamson County, Tennessee,

thence along said easterly margin North 37 degrees 28 minutes East a distance of

200.0 feet to a point, thence leaving said easterly margin South 52 degrees 32 minutes

East a distance of 1099.0 feet to a point; thence North 80 degrees 16 minutes 30

seconds West a distance of 334.3 feet to a point thence North 52 degrees 32 minutes

West a distance of 831.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4.43 acres more or

less, acres. Tract II BEGINNING at point in the easterly margin of U.S. Highway 31 said

point further described as lying 645 feet north of the most northwesterly corner of

the property to Frank Gorrell from Tyler Berry and Tyler Berry, III as of record in Book

easterly margin North 37 degrees 28 minutes East a distance of 200.0 feet to a point

a point; thence South 01 degrees 40 minutes West a distance of 183.7 feet to a point;

thence North 89 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 85.17 feet to a

ce of Williamson County, Tennessee, dated March 14, 2018, and recorded on April 23,

2018. Parcel ID Number: 145 002 04 000 Address/Description: 4590 Columbia Pike,

Thompsons Station, TN 37179. Current Owner(s): Bovill Land , Acquisitions LLC. Other

Interested Party(ies): HLSI, LLC. The sale of the property described above shall be subject

to all matters shown on any recorded plat; any and all liens against said property

for unpaid property taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements or set-back lines that

may be applicable; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by

a fi xture fi ling; a deed of trust; and any matter than an accurate survey of the premises

might disclose; and All right and equity of redemption, statutory or otherwise, homestead,

and dower are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, and the title is believed

to be good, but the undersigned will sell and convey only as Substitute Trustee. The
