Heaston executed a Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Reliant Bank, Lender and Wilkins & Ivey, Trustee(s), which was dated May 17, 2012, and recorded on June 1, 2012 in Book 5596, Page 788, Instrument Number 12021940 in Williamson County, Tennessee Register of Deeds. Heaston  conveyed  all of his interest in subject property  to Colleen B. Heaston by Divorce Decree of the Circuit Court for Williamson County, Tennessee, Philip Steven Heaston and Toni Colleen Heaston were granted an absolute divorce,  a certified copy of which is of record in Book 3872, Page 1, Register of Deeds Office for Williamson County, Tennessee.Description Reference:  The description is the same as that used in the last deed prior to this transaction.This conveyance is subject to: Taxes for 2012, and subsequent years; The Plan, with Owner’s Certificate, as set out in Exhibit “B” of the Master Deed and By Laws of record in Book 660, Page 695, said Register’s Office, which Plan shows minimum building set back lines and easements  and to which Plan reference is hereby made for a more complete description; The provisions of the condominium Master Deed of record in Book 660, Page 695, amended in Book 1153, Page 379,  said Register’s Office, which submits said property to a Horizontal Property  Regime pursuant to the provisions of the Tennessee  Horizontal Property Act and sets forth restrictions, assessments, liens and other matters.
