Whereas, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust assumed by Donyall Rocquall Howard, conveying certain real property therein described to Russell J. McCann, as Trustee, in the Loan Assumption Agreement and Modification of Deed of Trust recorded December 31, 2007, of record in Book 4456, page 706, and the Deed of Trust in Book 4456, page 709, Register’s Office of Williamson County, Tennessee, the same debt was modified by agreement with the Bankruptcy Court, by instrument of record in Book 8201, page 382, Register’s Office for Williamson County, Tennessee; and WHEREAS, Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury is successor in interest to Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County, and is the current owner and holder of said notes and Deeds of Trust as modified and amended.  NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable, and that the undersigned, Russell J.
