AGENDA FOR DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING

CITY OF FRANKLIN HISTORIC ZONING COMMISSION

MARCH 16, 2020

4:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Design Review Committee of the Franklin Historic Zoning Commission will be held at City Hall in the Training Room at 109 Third Avenue South, on Monday, March 16, 2020, at 4:00 PM. For accommodations due to disabilities, contact the Human Resources Department at 615-791-3216 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

The purpose of the regular meeting will be to conduct a design review workshop. The Design Review Committee only makes recommendations to the Historic Zoning Com-mission.

The meeting will include the following items:

1. Discussion of Recommendation Request for Proposed Public Art Installation Request at Five Points, located on the right-of-way adjacent to 510 Columbia Ave.; Leadership Franklin, Applicant. (4:05-4:20) 2. Discussion of Addition at 236 3rd Ave. N.; Marla Shuff, Applicant. (4:20-4:45) 3. Discussion of Alterations (Columbarium) at 435 Main St.; Ed Triggs, Applicant. (4:45-5:00) 4. Discussion of Alterations (Dormer Construction) at 246 4th Ave. S.; Mike Rapier, Applicant. (5:00-5:15) 5. Discusion of Addition and Alterations (Siding) at 128 4th Ave. N.; Jared Meitzler, Applicant. (5:15-5:35)
