Parks in Brentwood is pleased to welcome Chris Lewis to the Parks Family of REALTORS®.

Lewis attended Georgia Southern University and majored in marketing. He specializes in investment properties, flipping, foreclosures, short-term vacation rentals and land development. He specifically excels in representing clients as a buyer's agent.

He has extensive background experience in a variety of fields. He is the current owner and licensed auctioneer at Deft Auctions, a shop in downtown Savannah, Georgia that specializes in vintage music gear and pop culture memorabilia. He also owned Spectrum180, a custom mobile app building company for restaurant and hotel marketing. To top it off, he was also repeatedly ranked as a top .1% performer as an AT&T Business Specialist.

Lewis’ father is a land developer and surveyor, so he spent much of his life learning the ins and outs of land development and surveying from the greatest teacher he could ask for. These experiences have prepared him for a career in real estate by instilling in him the importance of negotiations, digital marketing and relationship building.

“Parks came heavily recommended from a successful area veteran,” Lewis said. “With my real estate digital marketing background, it was very clear that Parks had a competitive advantage and online presence rivaling anyone I have encountered in the business.”

Lewis chose to become a real estate agent because hefinds great personal satisfaction honing in on a client's needs and desires and finding the perfect solution. He wants to be a part of his client’s greatest financial investment and daily retreat from the world.
