There was a salute to the past and an enthusiastic look forward as the Realtors of Fridrich & Clark Realty gathered this week to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the firm’s Brentwood office.

The office’s first Broker, Molly Edmondson, the respected, accomplished and long-time Williamson County Realtor, was joined by eight of the original Brentwood office Realtors and the current Broker, Sean Simons, for the celebration. There were champagne toasts, vintage photographs and hugs from the more than 35 Realtors who gathered. In addition, the firm’s other management team members — Steve Fridrich, Whit Clark and Courtney Jenrath — added their salutes to the entire Realtor group.

Edmondson recounted the decision two decades ago when she left another firm and was trying to decide where to move for the benefit of all the Realtors who worked with her then.

“I remember facing a decision 20 years ago about where I wanted to continue to build on my real estate career and provide a place for my Realtors to grow and be successful,” she said. “It took one meeting with Steve and Whit, and I knew Fridrich and Clark Realty was the right place. I have loved every minute. And with Sean heading the office now, we are continuing to provide programs for our Realtors that enhance the highest level of service to all of our clients.”

Simons saluted Edmondson for her leadership.

“Molly is an inspiration, personally and professionally,” he said, “and that’s why so many Realtors have continued to work with her over the years. She is a teacher, a mentor, a friend whose kind soul and deep knowledge of this market and profession make all of us better. I am delighted to learn from her each day, and I am excited about what the next 20 years will mean for Fridrich & Clark Realty and the clients we serve.”

Today, the Brentwood office serves the overall Williamson County and Middle Tennessee area, with more than 50 Realtors working there.

Fridrich & Clark Realty, founded in 1966, has grown to be one of the area’s largest realty firms, with more than 170 agents. More information is available at
