Parks in Cool Springs has added a Franklin resident and former employee in the health care industry to the Parks Family of Realtors.
Brent Ullig, a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, joins Parks with experience that includes various IT leadership, consultant, and project management roles where he acquired strong relationship building skills with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
Having purchased, renovated, and profitably sold homes of his own, Ullig gained a love for real estate that drove him to become an agent. His excitement for finding that perfect investment property or future home makes him eager to help others achieve their personal real estate goals.
Ullig chose to join Parks because of the friendship he formed with Mary Forgette, an agent who had been with Parks during its formative years and passed away suddenly in 2006. He is confident that Forgette would want him to launch his real estate career with Parks, and after meeting with Cool Springs Managing Broker Cindy Stanton, he was comfortable with the decision to make Parks home.
In his spare time, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons, and visiting friends and family in Michigan where they like to hunt, swim, go boating, and just be in the great outdoors.
