The 2019 Brentwood Summer Concert Series will kick off Sunday, June 9, at Crockett Park featuring Rubiks Groove.

The "out of the box" live 80s and 90s dance party will take the stage at 7 p.m. and play until 9 p.m. The band proved to be a crowd favorite during their first Brentwood appearance in 2017, and fans stayed even in the rain in 2018 for their performance.

The 2019 band lineup includes:

  • June 9 – Rubik’s Groove
  • June 15 – BrentFest
  • June 23 – Sixwire
  • July 4 – Red, White, and Boom Celebration with The Kadillacs, and fireworks at 9 p.m.
  • July 14 – South Street Players

Nearly 20,000 people attend the summer concert series each year.

Fan favorites like The South Street Players and The Kadillacs will both return. Sixwire is new to Brentwood this year, but already familiar to fans in the area. The band was recently featured on the NFL Draft in Nashville singing “Don’t Stop Believing,” and through the years they have performed with country legends like Dolly Parton, Faith Hill, Alabama, Phil Vasser and Brooks and Dunn. They also appeared in the hit ABC television show, “Nashville,” as the backup band for lead character Rayna James.

“If you have never attended a Brentwood Summer Concert, please make this the summer you visit Crockett Park,” Brentwood Vice Mayor Ken Travis said. “This unique Brentwood music experience is fun for the entire family.”

BrentFest is a special celebration this year in honor of Brentwood turning 50 years old. Beginning at 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 15 at Crockett Park, there will be live music, a kid zone and a beer garden. The free event will conclude at approximately 10 p.m.

Every concert begins with food trucks at 5 p.m. and live music from 7-9 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, check the City of Brentwood’s social media pages for updates. Let the city know which bands you would like to see in 2020 and become a concert sponsor by emailing

These concerts are free and made possible by generous community sponsors such as H.G. Hill, Brentwood Academy, Wilson Bank and Trust, First Farmers and Farmers Insurance.  nyone who registers in the Farmers Insurance raffle could win a Ring Video Doorbell Pro at the concert.
