Horses, horses, horses – the 67th annual Franklin Rodeo Parade on Saturday kicked off Rodeo Week and a chance for anyone to be a cowboy or cowgirl for a day.

The sun broke through at high noon just in time for the parade of horses, wagons, bands, pageant queens and a wide variety of vehicles and other floats to hit the trail to Main Street and the waiting crowds eager to cheer on their favorite floats and kids ready to grab their favorite treats.

Find your jeans and fringed shirt and grab your hat and boots and mosey on over to the Williamson County Expo Park for the Franklin Noon Rotary’s Franklin Rodeo. The action begins at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, May 19-21. For information or to buy tickets, go to
