Celebration of Nations
Celebration of Nations a community-wide multicultural food, drink and arts festival with free admission. It will take place Saturday, Oct. 12, from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. at Bicentennial Park in historic downtown Franklin.
This year's event will be bigger and more exciting than ever, with two live music and dance stages, a variety of international food vendors, featured drinks and beers, and a special headline performance by the popular Rubiks Groove band. The host organization, Sister Cities of Franklin and Williamson County, is also honored to welcome a local delegation from the country of Panama to share special entertainment and events in honor of Panama's 500th birthday.
In addition, from 5 p.m.-9 p.m., attendees can enjoy a VIP experience under the Global Beer Tent, which includes a curated tour of international beers, souvenir cups and specially prepared tastings by "Super Chef Panama."
All proceeds will support Franklin's Sister Cities, a non-profit organization, to build and share local cultural and educational experiences in the community.
