James Brandon Tomlin has joined MTR Family Law as an associate, Marlene Eskind Moses, founding manager at the firm, has announced.
“Brandon is a capable attorney who will be an asset to the firm and our clients,” Moses said. “He brings business acumen, excellent client relationship skills and keen attention to detail to MTR Family Law.”
Tomlin is a 2019 graduate of Belmont University College of Law, where he was president of the Family Law Society and was a member of the Belmont American Inns of Court. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.
During law school, he was a law clerk and paralegal at MTR Family Law. Tomlin is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
A native of Brentwood, Tomlin has volunteered with Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands and the JDRF Diabetes Foundation in Murfreesboro. He has participated in the annual Walk A Mile in Her Shoes event raising awareness of domestic violence.
Tomlin and his wife, Anna, live in Bellevue. They are members at Cross Point Church.
