CoolSprings Galleria adds new stores to its lineup

CoolSprings Galleria continues to reinvent itself as several national, regional and local retailers open new locations throughout the shopping center.

These additions come on the heels of several other enhancements to the property over the last two years, including a brand-new California Pizza Kitchen with center court bar.

A remodeled Express reopened at CoolSprings Galleria on Aug. 8 with a renewed focus on the modern worker. The new look, with its unique hardware and black powder-coated fixtures complement the store’s black and white achromatic color scheme and linear design. Unlike the Express we’ve come to know, the new concept seamlessly blends 9-to-5 wear-to-work attire with evening fashion items.

Dry Goods, a subsidiary of Von Maur Department Store, plans to open 19 stores in 2019 and has chosen CoolSprings Galleria as its first Tennessee location. The company is known for offering the latest in junior contemporary and women’s fashion. Dry Goods’ customers can find a great selection of apparel, accessories, shoes and gifts that cater to a fashion-driven customer.

Seventh Sense Botanical Therapy, a specialty retailer carrying a line of high-quality body and skin care, opened near California Pizza Kitchen in mid-July. Made with essential oils and hemp-derived CBD, Seventh Sense’s balms and lotions penetrate deep into your skin to soothe muscles and relieve pain without being sticky.

“Everyone has their favorite, but the UNWIND Sleep Blend Fragrance Oil Roll-On is go-to when I need to relax after a long day,” manager Jan’a Marable said.

Sisters Erica Reynolds and Noelle Holland opened Hollie Ray Boutique in the previous Gymboree space after years of being in Westhaven. The store’s items are on-trend and fashion-forward without the high-end designer price tag. Hollie Ray Boutique offers quality casual wear for working women as well as gifts and accessories from brands like Paddywax, a Nashville-based candle company pairing unique fragrances with out-of-the-ordinary vessels, and Banded, a woman-owned, philanthropic, fashion accessory company from Franklin. Hollie Ray Boutique is also the exclusive retailer for The Nash Collection hats and apparel in CoolSprings Galleria.

Prior to moving into its current location, Hollie Ray Boutique operated out of the Pop-Up Shop at CoolSprings Galleria.

“The Pop-Up Shop gave us a great opportunity to test out a larger market, with great traffic flow and very low risk,” Reynolds said. “We saw our typical sales triple in the mall verses our previous location, ultimately helping us to decide to move our location into the mall long-term.”

Small businesses interested in more information about leasing the Pop-Up Shop can contact Alex Stalkfleet, specialty leasing manager, at 615-771-4227. Weekly opportunities run Monday through Sunday each week and are subject to availability.

NoBaked Cookie Dough, which currently has six locations across Tennessee, Kentucky and Missouri, is scheduled to open later in 2019. Their edible cookie dough is made fresh every day in each of their locations. NoBaked offers several vegan options with gluten free options coming soon.

LOOK Dental & Vision is also slated to open this year. Their unique practice offers exceptional dental and eye care in a friendly and comfortable environment and is currently under construction on the upper level across from Forever 21.
