Luxenhaus Day Spa

Patrons of Franklin’s LuxenHaus Day Spa were notified by email on Tuesday that the company had made the difficult decision to close indefinitely because of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

LuxenHaus, at 1175 Meridian Blvd. in the Meridian Cool Springs mixed-use development, is known for luxurious massage and spa packages. Its second location, in Chattanooga, has also closed.

“Due to the impact that the pandemic has had and continues to have on our business, we have made the heartbreaking decision to shut our doors indefinitely,” the LuxenHaus management team said in its email to patrons. “Hopefully, we will see you again in the not-so-distant future.”

Clients can redeem any outstanding gift certificates at La Bella e Famosa Spa’s Green Hills location. The gift certificates can be used for services only.

La Bella is an upscale spa owned by Dee Ralston and Carlie Ralston Beane. The spa offers massages, body contouring, aesthetics, scrubs, wraps and luxurious day packages and naturopathic therapies. It will accept appointments based on availability.

“(Ralston and Ralston Beane are) incredibly gracious and have done a wonderful job with their new location,” the LuxenHaus email said. “Be looking for an email from them soon with information about all their wonderful services.”

Hi thanks for the article. I was searching Chattanooga Luxenhaus and came across this. I had not been notified our Chattanooga location was permanently closing. Do you have any idea how we redeem gift cards in our area? I have sent messages to the company but can't get a response. Thanks so much!

I finally got a hold of them on Facebook a few weeks ago and they asked for the gift card info to issue a refund. They never issued it and I sent them a message on Sunday to follow up but they deleted their Facebook account. I don’t know how to get in touch with anyone else!
