Franklin-based Hogwood BBQ has been hand-selected by Aramark to serve as one of the premier dining providers at Nissan North America’s headquarters in Cool Springs.
The partnership began in October and came about in part because of the brand’s category-leading online reviews and loyal following.
“I am very honored that Aramark has selected Hogwood BBQ to serve the Nissan employees at their headquarters,” said Emily Yamanaka, Hogwood BBQ owner/operator. “We’re one of very few restaurant partners for Nissan, and we’re very proud of the partnership.”
The Hogwood BBQ remote kitchen is open weekly to the 1,700 Nissan North America headquarters employees and has been very well-received, according to Yamanaka.
Hogwood’s new offering at Nissan North America comes on the heels of a continuing partnership with another well-known local company. In October, it was tapped to serve more than 2,000 employees at Smile Direct Club’s offices in Nashville, and plans are also in the works for another “smile-worthy” employee-appreciation meal in December.
Most of Hogwood BBQ’s chef-driven menu is gluten free, and the team strives to customize each office, wedding or party delivery to suit most dietary needs and preferences. Hogwood BBQ is committed to using only the highest-quality ingredients and never uses corn syrup, artificial flavors or artificial sweeteners. Their premium artisan meats are slowly smoked over locally sourced orchard wood, and their unique line of Stubborn Soda fountain drinks also contain no artificial sweeteners and are sweetened with only Fair Trade Certified cane sugar.
