Fridrich & Clark Realty announced on Monday the addition of new Realtors Sarah Joyce and Tim Pierce to the firm, according to Steve Fridrich, broker and managing partner.

Pierce will work from the firm’s Green Hills office as part of the Richard Courtney team. Joyce is based in the firm’s Brentwood office.

The addition of these agents brings the total number of Realtors at Fridrich & Clark Realty to 172.

“One of the strengths of this real estate company is the varied experiences of our Realtors,” Fridrich said in making the announcement. “Sarah and Tim bring those experiences to the benefit of our clients, adding perspectives on both lifestyle and neighborhoods that enhance the services we provide our clients. We are pleased to add them to our firm.”

Originally from Chattanooga, Joyce graduated from MTSU with a degree in business finance and stayed in the area to pursue a career in banking. Combining her interest in building relationships and helping people with her degree, she joined Renasant Bank and worked there for nine years in the areas of human resources, cash management and branch sales.

Pierce served for 10 years as director of business development, executive programs, at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. His organizational development clients included Nissan, FedEx, Cisco Systems, Eli Lilly, Hewlett Packard, LP Building Products and others. He also worked for 12 years in sales and business development with EMC Corporation and AutomSoft, an Irish software company based in Dublin, Ireland.

Before moving to Tennessee, Pierce founded and was principal of The Pierce Group, a sales and business development consulting company in Washington, D.C.

A graduate of Boston College and a native of Peabody, Massachusetts, Pierce received his MFA from New York University. He has held adjunct teaching positions at Vanderbilt, Belmont and Lipscomb Universities, O’More College of Design and Watkins College of Art. He has also served on the boards of the TN Repertory Theatre, Friendship House, Homework Hotline, The Edward M. Kennedy Prize for playwriting at Columbia University and is currently board president for non-profit Creative Parks Nashville.

These agents are members of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Tennessee Association of REALTORS®. Pierce is also a member of the Greater Nashville REALTORS®, and Joyce is a member of the Williamson County Realtors.
