Keller Williams Realty celebrated recent renovations to its existing office in Cool Springs on Tuesday.

In partnership with Williamson, Inc., agents and chamber ambassadors celebrated the grand reopening of the renovated space, which will better serve the 340 agents who work at the Franklin/ Nashville Keller Williams group.

“Realtors are on the front lines when it comes to people moving into the area or moving from outside into Williamson County,” Williamson, Inc. President and CEO Matt Largen said. “I really consider the job that you all do as partners to what we do — to try to continue to create prosperity for our residents and make this an attractive location for business and family.”

Jason Huck serves as the team leader and CEO of the office. He moved to Franklin in 2011 and worked his way through the ranks to the position he holds today.

“I became one of the top producers, and then moved into the productivity coaching role, from there moved into the team leader, and now, here we are today,” he said.

The three-month renovation project of the office was completed on Monday and will create a more welcoming and productive space for clients and agents, Huck explained.

“We have more common areas for the agents to come in and work and be able to do their research and help their clients,” he said.

Huck credits the over 300 agents who cover all of Middle Tennessee and beyond for the company’s success.

“You’re who you surround yourself with, and I think we do a great job of surrounding ourselves with quality people,” he said. “We’re never going to settle for complacency. No matter how well we’re doing — we can be leading the industry — we’re always going to try to get better.”

Keller Williams’ Franklin office is located at 9175 Carothers Parkway, suite 110.
