It was a great way to start off the week for the employees of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services.

On monday morning, owner Andy Moyer and his team celebrated the opening of their new location with a ribbon cutting and brunch with Williamson, Inc. Their new office, located at 318 Seaboard Lane in Cool Springs, was full of excited chamber ambassadors and employees.

“We are excited to be in this space, our second space in a year,” Moyer said. “We completely outgrew our first space. This gives us room to grow and better serve the community.”

Moyer started in the cleaning business a little over a year ago after being in facilities management in the restaurant industry. In fact, he said the environment of this company, a franchise based in Florida, reminded him of the environment of his work at Chick-fil-A when he was at the corporate level.

“Office Pride has similar values with similar corporate atmosphere and support,” he said. “I fell in love with the company.”

An interesting note about Office Pride is the brand started as a fictional business for a college research project by the CEO. It now has over 130 locations nationwide.

Office Pride has 36 employees at this location, serving cleaning needs for commercial businesses ranging from the basics of sweeping and vacuuming to carpet cleaning, stripping and refinishing hard floors, blind cleaning and even high-speed burnishing.

“We are locally owned and operated right here in Franklin,” Moyer said. “Because of this, we are able to be more flexible, accommodating and offer a higher level of service than our competition.”

Moyer was quick to note he could not do this without his great team. He introduced his management team that works out of the new office.

“I could not do this without the staff, and I thank them for all the work they do,” he said.

Office Pride is located at 318 Seaboard Lane, Suite 314, in Franklin and can be reached at
