Battle Ground Academy hosted its sixth annual Denim & Diamonds singer-songwriter night Saturday at The Factory at Franklin benefitting the BGA Parent Association.

Female singer-songwriters Jessee Lee, Morgan Myles and Sophie Sanders played original music while sharing stories behind their songs. There were also silent and live auctions, along with a tasty dinner buffet and wine pull.

BGA Head of School Will Kesler explained why the fundraiser is important and beneficial to students.

“The dollars you donate by buying a great auction item or helping yourself to the wine pull goes directly to the Parent Association and benefits every aspect of the school in tangible ways,” he said.
