Golden, Snowden to speak at State of the Schools

Williamson County’s two public school superintendents will be the keynote speakers for Williamson, Inc.’s State of the Schools event on Tuesday, presented by Tennessee Tech. 

Franklin Special School District Superintendent Dr. David Snowden and Williamson County Schools Superintendent Jason Golden will both speak on the successes and challenges the districts have faced so far this school year. 

The event, to be held at the Williamson County AgExpo Center, will start at 11 a.m. on Nov. 2 with a networking hour, followed by the presentations from the superintendents from noon-1 p.m. Lunch will be provided at 11:30 a.m. by Corky’s Ribs and BBQ.  

The cost to attend is $85 for Williamson, Inc. members, $100 for non-members and guests, and $1,500 for a company table of 10.
