Williamson County Parks and Recreation’s annual Touch a Truck will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Thompson’s Station Baptist Church. 

Williamson County Parks and Recreation’s annual Touch a Truck will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Thompson’s Station Baptist Church. 

This free, family-friendly event will give people of all ages the opportunity to see nearly 30 different kinds of large-scale construction and public service vehicles up close.

Kids can visit the free Activity Zone and enjoy rock painting and other hands-on activities. 

A variety of entertainers on the performance stage will include musicians, princesses and dancers. There will also be free face painting and a raffle tent with lots of great giveaways and prizes for the whole family.

Don’t miss this favorite hands-on opportunity for children and adults to explore all types of big construction and commercial vehicles and hear all of their bells and whistles. Admission to the event is free. Concessions from on-site food trucks will be available for purchase.

The event is sponsored by Premier Chiropractic, Cumberland Idealease, McDonald’s (Spring Hill), Mr. Bond’s Science Guys, Hello Fresh, Elite Physical Therapy, LPG Sluggers, Franklin Family Entertainment Center, Princess Dreams Come True Parties, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Springfree Trampoline and Extreme Hobby Shop.
