Fridrich & Clark Realty announced the addition of Realtors Gina Grimm and Debbie Caplenor to the firm, according to Steve Fridrich, broker and managing partner.
In addition, Brentwood Realtor Lisa Rhea has earned the National Association of Realtors’ AHWD Certification.
Grimm and Caplenor will work from the firm’s Nashville office. Rhea works with the Blankenship Properties in the firm’s Brentwood office. The addition of these agents brings the total number of Realtors at Fridrich & Clark Realty to 171.
“We are pleased to add Gina and Debbie to our firm,” Fridrich said. “In addition to seeing our profession grow and their careers develop, we also benefit from their enthusiasm and perspective, which expand our approach to real estate sales. That adds to the distinctive services of Fridrich & Clark Realty, benefiting all of our clients.
“We are proud of Lisa for expanding her knowledge, providing another example of how our Realtors are enhancing our services across the full spectrum of our clients’ real estate lives.”
Grimm grew up in Chicago and graduated from the University of Georgia, where she was a collegiate gymnast. She worked in pharmaceutical sales prior to deciding to enter the real estate profession after moving to Nashville in 2017.
Caplenor has joined Fridrich & Clark Realty with 25 years of sales and marketing experience, most recently with Sotheby’s International Realty in Palm Beach, Florida, for the past nine years. Licensed in three states — Florida, South Carolina and Tennessee — she transitioned into real estate in 2011 and was recognized in 2018 as one of NRT’s top 1000 sales associates, with over $12M in closed sales. She is a volunteer and sponsor with Dress for Success and a member of the American Heart Association and Habitat for Humanity.
Rhea continues her commitment to professional development and education. She recently received the AHWD Certification which required the successful completion of the online course: At Home With Diversity. This certification enhances a Realtor’s preparation for the changing face of the real estate industry. The course addresses issues of diversity, fair housing, and cultural differences, subjects that are closely related and valuable for real estate professionals who serve a diverse local market.
All three agents are members of the Tennessee Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Both Grimm and Caplenor are members of the Greater Nashville REALTORS®. Rhea is a member of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®.
