Local Realtor approaches $10 million in sales this year

Local Realtor Maxwell Britton with Luxury Homes of Tennessee ( is coming up on $10 million in sales this year in just his second year in real estate.

When Britton got his license, he knew it was going to be challenging, but decided hard work and tenacity would pay off.

"I was hungry to learn but got frustrated by the lack of truly professional training," he said.

After much research and some false starts, Britton met Nathan Throneberry, a renowned coach, mentor and top producing Realtor.

“When I met Nathan, I knew that if I could work with him, I, too, would become successful," Britton said. "Luckily, he agreed to take me on board."

Throneberry’s drive, coaching and daily mentorship has allowed Britton to provide his customers with the highest level of professional advice and service.

"He makes me strive to be more professional and successful every day," Britton said.
