Located in the heart of Brentwood, this colonial-style home in the Foxboro neighborhood has recently had a price improvement and is now being offered at $699,900.

At $156 a square foot, the price reflects what an opportunity this home is for buyers. With endless possibilities, a buyer could easily purchase and fashion this into their dream home.

You’re invited to an open house on Saturday, Sept. 15 and Sunday, Sept. 16 from 2–4 p.m.

The home, located at 801 Foxboro Court, is on a large corner lot with beautiful mature trees. While the inside of the home is an entertainer’s dream come true, you will enjoy countless hours in the sun room or on the oversized screened-in porch.

The sellers appreciated an open concept family living area and spent $200,000 creating a chef’s kitchen and amazing living space. For the buyer who loves to entertain or hold large family gatherings on holiday’s, this home could be your reality.

Built in 1987, the brick home is a classic beauty. With five bedrooms, three half baths and an unfinished basement, this home has a total of 4,500 square feet of living space and a four-car garage.

This home is listed with Marla Richardson, Realtor with Realty Trust Residential. To see photos and video of the home, visit, or call Marla directly to set up a showing on her cell phone, 615-397-3403, or office, 615-376-4500.

This seems to be the hard time for all people (home buyers/sellers and realtors). However, many people still find out opportunities in crisis. Stocks have fallen, entire industries are putting themselves on pause. All that may make it seem like an odd moment to consider buying a house. The coronavirus crisis has disrupted the housing market. But with rates low and home sellers anxious, home buyers could find good chance to own a house in the Foxboro neighborhood.
