Brentwood-based Reliant Bank was recently named 2020 Service Supplier of the Year by the Mississippi Manufactured Housing Association (MMHA), a trade group representing retailers, service suppliers and manufacturers.

“We are thrilled to be recognized by MMHA as the 2020 Service Supplier of the Year,” said Alex Ponzio, senior vice president of specialized lending at Reliant Bank. “I’m especially proud of our lending team that works tirelessly to provide Reliant customers with lending options to help them achieve the goal of affordable homeownership. They do this while delivering the best service in the industry to a growing network of retail partners.”

Reliant Bank’s Manufactured Housing Division is based in Knoxville and is comprised of a talented group of 32 team members. Currently, this division serves 4,125 customers across eight states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas. The team is led by Ponzio and Vice President of Specialized Lending Jamey Gheen.

The award was presented to Ponzio by MMHA Board of Directors President Shane Upshaw.

“Congratulations to Reliant Bank for being chosen 2020 MMHA Service Supplier of the Year,” he said. “Reliant plays a vital role in assisting customers in their pursuit of quality and affordable manufactured housing.”
