The annual A Vintage Affair and Grape Stomp Festival returned over the weekend at Eastern Flank Battlefield Park.
The double event on Friday and Saturday raised money for nonprofits helping women and children. More than 20 Williamson County nonprofits will benefit from this year’s events.
A Vintage Affair, held Friday night, has played a role in positively transforming Williamson County for the better, and Saturday’s Grape Stomp helped amplify the fun.
Teams dressed in hilarious costumes took their turns stomping and filling jugs with pulverized grapes. It was a hard-fought competition, with the Space Jam team walking away with the coveted trophy — and wine. The team also won best costume, becoming the first in competition history to win both prizes.
Guests were able to sip on wine and whiskey, enjoy food from area restaurants and listen to great music by Rubiks Groove, all while supporting a great cause.
