The Williamson County Association of REALTORS® celebrated its Board of Directors Installation on Nov. 15 at The Barn at Sycamore Farms.

The night was a great opportunity to meet REALTOR® members from across Middle Tennessee over hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. The event was centered around the swearing in of the 2019 Board of Directors and the installation of the 2019 board president.

Installation included the addition of three new board members, Laura Perry, Charlie Peterson, and Misty Woodford.

“I feel honored," Woodford said.

"To be selected by my colleagues to represent them in protecting and furthering our profession and association is a huge honor and responsibility I don’t take lightly.”

The night also honored 2018 Board President Matt Daniel and looked back on the achievements of the past year.

“The past year has been an honor and privilege to serve the REALTORS® of WCAR," Daniel said.

"The relationships I have developed will leave an impression on me for the rest of my life. Working for our REALTORS® has allowed me to give back to an industry that has been good for me and my family over the years.”

The highlight of the night was the installation of WCAR’s 2019 Board President Kyle Shults.

Shults was introduced in a touching speech by her mother, Melissa Clough, who spoke of her lifetime of hard work and drive for success in all she does.

“I am looking forward to serving as Past President and working with our new President, Kyle Shults, over the next year as she leads our association," Daniel said.

"She is, and will continue, to be a valuable asset to the members of WCAR, and I look forward to seeing the success she brings to our association.”
