Franklin attorneys named ‘Best Lawyers in America’

Franklin attorneys and community leaders Julian Bibb and Bryan Echols of Stites & Harbison PLLC, have been named among The Best Lawyers in America® 2010.
This is the 15th consecutive year Bibb has been named to the “Best Lawyers in America” list. Bibb was listed in the following fields: banking law, corporate law, and land use and zoning law.
A Franklin resident, Bibb has been active in the Franklin community. He is a board member of the Williamson County-Franklin Chamber of Commerce and Williamson County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. He is a founder of Franklin’s Charge and was instrumental in Franklin’s conversion of Harlinsdale Farm to a city park. Bibb also co-founded Leadership Franklin where he currently serves on the board of directors, is former president of Franklin Tomorrow, twice past president of The Heritage Foundation of Franklin and Williamson County, and former board member for the Land Trust for Tennessee.
A Brentwood resident, Echols has made the “Best Lawyers in America” list four times. Echols focuses on commercial real estate law, including zoning and land use, acquisitions and due diligence, financing, development, planning and leasing. He has helped clients secure zoning approval for mixed-use developments in Williamson County and also obtained approval for the first LEED®-certified community in Middle Tennessee.
An active advocate of the Franklin community, Echols serves on the boards of the Heritage Foundation for Franklin and Williamson County and Franklin Tomorrow.
