Books from Birth celebrates Valentine’s at annual dance

Books from Birth will present its annual Family Valentine’s Dance on Saturday, Feb. 13, at The Factory at Franklin from 6:30-9 p.m.
Aaron's Inc. is sponsoring the event, which will also mark the fifth birthday of the Books from Birth program. Books from Birth of Middle Tennessee mails a new, age-appropriate free Dolly Parton Imagination Library book each month from birth up to age 5.
A the dance, attendees will dance to 1960s rock 'n' roll music by The Wild Hots, featuring Buddy & Dianne Benedict, Jim Hunt, Janet & Tom Wells, Howard Harlan, and Tommy Knox.
The cost is $10 per person or $30 per family and children of all ages are welcome! The $100 Patron Level includes one family admission plus an extra gift to Books from Birth.
Dress is casual and cash food and bar will be available, as well as non-alcoholic beverages. Attendees may pay at the door or make a reservation by calling 936-3737/
Books from Birth of Middle Tennessee is a partnership of Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library and The Governor's Books from Birth Foundation.
