Minnie Sue Coy, 88 of Franklin, Tenn., died Sept. 6, 2012 at NHC-Franklin.
Ms. Coy was born March 22, 1924 in Yuma, Tenn. and was the daughter of James C. and Ruby Cary Rainey. She was a cosmetologist and a member of the Mt. Washington Baptist Church in Cincinnati, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three siblings. She is survived by nieces and nephews, Tammy Rudolph, Dan Renfroe, Judith Beach, and Jerry Melton.
Per her request, her remains were gifted to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Her family will celebrate her life with private services at a later date.
