John Allan Pavlina, 55 of Thompson's Station, Tenn., died Sept. 16, 2012.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was president of the Page High School Band Boosters Club for three years.
Survived by wife, Sherri Pavlina; sons, Matt (Chamisa) Pavlina, Brandon and Bryan Wilson; daughters, Leah (Tom) Kenny and Laura (C.J.) Vick; mother, Mary Smith; sister, Nella (Charles) Watson; seven grandchildren and many other loving family members.
A memorial service was conducted Sept. 23, 2012 at Thompson's Station Church. Memorials may be made to the Page High School Band or the Wounded Warrior Project.
Arrangements are by Williamson Memorial Funeral Home in Franklin.
