Crye-Leikes Broker Chip Kerr is elected as Secretary Treasurer of WCAR

After helping hundreds of homebuyers and sellers find that perfect place to call home as a licensed Realtor for the past 13 years, Broker Chip Kerr has another accomplishment to add to his long list of career successes.

Crye-Leike Broker Chip Kerr was recently nominated and elected to serve as the 2013 Secretary Treasurer for the Williamson County Association of Realtors. Kerr has been a member of the WCAR for many years and was elected to the WCAR Board of Directors in 2010.

“I am honored and excited to serve the members of the WCAR as the Secretary Treasurer for 2013,” said Kerr. “I have been honored to serve on the WCAR Board of Directors for the past two years and it means a lot to be nominated and voted for by my peers for such an important position within our industry. I look forward to helping with the differences we will be making in our community.”

Kerr has worked in residential real estate sales for 13 years and currently serves as Managing Broker for Crye-Leike's Brentwood Regional Headquarters Branch. He has extensive new home construction experience and is also the Director of Builder Resources for Crye-Leike.

Consistently ranked in Crye-Leike's Top 25, he is a Lifetime Member of Crye-Leike's Multi-Million Dollar Club. He ranked No. 1 in overall sales volume in 2007 with more than $25 million sold. Kerr ranked No. 2 in 2006, No. 3 in 2008 and No. 4 in overall sales volume for Crye-Leike in 2009.

According to data configured by the Nashville Business Journal, Kerr was ranked as Middle Tennessee’s ninth top producing Realtor in 2010 and 11th top producing Realtor in 2011 based on total sales volume figures for all licensed agents in the area.

Chip assists buyers and sellers in and around Williamson, Rutherford, Davidson and Maury counties. He works with all types of residential real estate sales with special experience in new home construction and relocation. Chip has his professional real estate designations as a licensed Broker, Certified Builder Specialist (CBS) and Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP). He is a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

As a native Middle Tennessean, he was born in Nashville and grew up in Brentwood where he still resides. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of Tennessee.
