Linda Kay Kempf, obituary

Linda Kay Cave Kempf, 59 of Spring Hill, Tenn., died Oct. 26, 2012.

She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church and did clerical work for St. Andrews Lutheran Church. She was also a training coordinator at WAVES Inc. and loved crafts, church retreats and quilting.

She was preceded in death by parents, Donald and Mary Lou Kriech Cave and grandson, Reverie Schenk. Mrs. Kempf is survived by husband, Richard Kempf of Spring Hill, Tenn.; daughters, Angela (Steve) Schenk of Citrus Springs, Fla., Laura (Jay) Bolden of Indianapolis, Ind., Amelia Kempf of Knoxville, Tenn. and Rachel (Keith) Weber of Knoxville, Tenn.; brother, Robert (Nadine) Cave of Boggstown, Ind.; sisters, Donna (Joe) Clymer of Martinsville, Ind., Kathy Pendleton of Greenwood, Ind., Mary Dean of Charlestown, Ind., Becky Nichols of Indianapolis, Ind. and Debbie (Jimmy) Zimmerman of Greenwood, Ind.; grandchildren, Seth, Alex, Calista, Nick and Jane; 17 nieces and nephews; 23 great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted Oct. 30, 2012 at St. Andrews Lutheran Church, 908 Murfreesboro Road Franklin; Pastor Ann Bassett & Pastor Michael Lippard officiating. Graveside services were conducted Oct. 31, 2012 at Greenwood Cemetery in Greenwood, Ind. Family served as pallbearers.

Arrangements are by Williamson Memorial Funeral Home in Franklin.
