George Amos, obituary
George Alexander Amos, 66 of Franklin, Tenn., died Nov. 3, 2012.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. Mr. Amos was an expert craftsman, avid builder, teacher and scout leader, he was also a coach for kid’s basketball and soccer.
He was preceded in death by parents, Bob and Betsy Patterson Amos and brother, Robert Amos. Mr. Amos is survived by his wife of 42 years, Gail Amos; sons, Brad (Melissa) Amos and Christopher (Lacey) Amos; grandson, Rian Amos and brother, Richard Amos. A Celebration of Life of service will be held Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Inurnment will be in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, noon to 2 p.m. at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Chris Perutelli Fund with Troop 130.
