Franklin Police seek Wal-Mart thief

 Franklin Police seek the public’s assistance in identifying a man suspected of stealing from Wal-Mart. On Oct. 29at 7:40 p.m., a suspect used a Wal-Mart shopping cart to roll a touch screen laptop computer out of the store. Police say the man made his quiet getaway through the store’s Garden Shop where the driver of a dark colored SUV was waiting. The laptop is valued at $850.
