Sheriff's Office seeks 'Most Wanted' fugitive

 The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office has named Wendell Washam as a "Most Wanted" fugitive. Formerly of Franklin, the 82-year-old Washam is wanted for failing to appear for his trial on two charges of rape of a child and electronic solicitation of a minor.
He is 5 feet 7, 140 pounds, has grey hair and blue eyes.
