Utility work to cause lane closures on Crockett Hills Boulevard

The next phase of the Mallory Valley Utility District water line project in the Brenthaven area will begin later this week and result in temporary closure of the southbound lane of Crockett Hills Boulevard between Maryland Lane and Moore’s Lane.  The lane closure will occur between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. while crews are installing the new water line.  Residents who live along this section of Crockett Hills Boulevard will still be able to access their homes during construction.  Other traffic will be detoured to either Gordon Petty Drive or Primm Drive. This phase of the work is expected to take approximately seven to 10 days.

Following completion of the work between Moore’s Lane and Maryland Lane, the water line work will continue north and cause temporary closure of the southbound lane of Crockett Hills Boulevard. between Maryland Lane and Alamo Road. Once this work commences, it is also expected to last approximately seven to 10 days. As with the first section, the lane closure will occur between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. while crews are installing the new water line. Residents who live along this section of Crockett Hills Boulevard will still be able to access their homes during construction.
