Franklin Synergy Bank bolsters Business Banking Team
Franklin Synergy Bank this week bolstered its business banking team with the hiring of Franklin banker Chad Randall. Randall’s appointment as Vice President, Business Banking was announced Monday by Franklin Synergy Bank President Richard Herrington. Randall will join the Franklin Synergy bank family in the bank’s Cool Springs branch on Aspen Grove Drive.
"Chad brings a number of relationships to Franklin Synergy, as well as a record of achievement in business banking,” noted Herrington. “He will focus on all aspects of business banking, including Small Business Administration (SBA) backed loans. Business lending is booming in Middle Tennessee; adding bankers of Chad’s caliber will help us address the growing needs of the business community.”
Randall’s background includes roles at Community First Bank and Trust in Franklin and First Citizens Bank in Franklin. He joins Franklin Synergy Bank from Reliant Bank in Brentwood where he served as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. He previously served as Executive Director of the Maury County Family YMCA.
Randall earned a B.A. in Communications and Journalism from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. He is active in the community through Kiwanis Club and Columbia Rotary Club. He is a member of the newly created Williamson County Chamber of Commerce, and the Maury County Chamber (Maury Alliance). Randall is a 2005 graduate of Leadership Maury; he previously served on the Board of Directors of the Maury County YMCA.
