First Citizens National Bank hosts open house May 2

First Citizens National Bank will host an open house and ribbon cutting on May 2 from 1 to 4 p.m. at its newest location on 9045 Carothers Parkway, Franklin. 
 
“We are proud to open our second financial center in such a dynamic market. Opening another financial center in Williamson County has been part of our long term plans, and our teammates look forward to providing superior customer service to our existing and new customers,” Jeff Agee said, who serves as president & CEO.
 
The bank’s Cool Springs Financial Center teammates include:
 
Charles A. (Tony) Graves, Middle Tennessee Regional President, joined First Citizens in January 2007 with over 26 years of banking experience. He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a MBA in management and Belmont University with a BBA in business management. Graves is also a graduate from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Leadership Franklin. Graves is a member of the newly chartered Franklin Kiwanis Club and is also a member of Home Builders Association of Middle TN. 
 
 



Patti Butler-Fedak, Vice President & Regional Retail Sales Manager, joined the bank in January 2013 with over 18 years of retail financial service experience in the Middle Tennessee market, concentrated in management, sales, and consumer and commercial business development. Butler-Fedak serves as an Ambassador of the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce. She attended East Tennessee State University. She has served on Academies of Nashville Marketing/Finance Committee and Rutherford and Davidson County schools Business Advisory Boards.
 
 



David Hopkins, Regional Business Development Officer, is the most tenured First Citizens teammate on the Cool Springs’ team, having joined the bank in 2000. Hopkins has served as Regional President in First Citizens’ Northwest Tennessee and Madison County markets. He has 32 years of banking experience. He is a graduate of Arkansas State University, Tennessee School of Banking at Vanderbilt, Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University and Professional Master of Banking at Austin, Texas.  Hopkins is a member of the Brentwood Rotary Club and is also a member of Home Builders Association of Middle TN.
 


Lindsey Doster, Branch Manager, transferred to First Citizens’ team when the bank acquired the financial center from previous owner. She has over eight years of banking experience including serving as Lead Customer Service Associate prior to recently being promoted to Branch Manager at Cool Springs Financial Center. Doster attended Columbia State Community College.
 





Walter S. (Tre) Mantooth, Lender, transferred to First Citizens’ team when the bank acquired the financial center from previous owner. He has over seven years of financial service center experience and was recently promoted to Lender at Cool Springs Financial Center. Mantooth attended Columbia State Community College.
 



 
 
Cindy Long, Mortgage Loan Originator, joined the bank’s mortgage lending team in 2012. She has over 18 years of mortgage lending experience and a finance degree from Freed-Hardeman University.
 
 






Racheal Clifton, Mortgage Loan Processor, join the bank’s mortgage lending team at Cool Springs Financial Center in 2013 with a strong banking background in lending and operations. 
 
 






Giselle Moshier, Loan Administrative Assistant, joined First Citizens in 2008 as part of the bank’s Franklin Financial Center team. With over 16 years of banking experience, Moshier recently joined the Cool Springs customer service and lending division. She attended University of West Texas, University of Maryland and University of Bemedji.
 
 




Lisa Butler, Customer Service Associate, transferred to First Citizens’ team as a Customer Service Associate when the bank acquired the financial center from previous owner. Butler was recently promoted to Customer Service Representative at Cool Springs Financial Center. She attended Broward College. 



 
 
 
Emily Vogt, Customer Service Associate, transferred to First Citizens’ team in December 2012 when the bank acquired the financial center from previous owner. She attended Columbia State Community College.
