Centennial names Hill new girls basketball coach

Tony Hill, current Milan High School and former Lambuth University head womens basketball coach, was hired as Centennial High School’s head girls basketball coach May 7.

“We are very excited to have a coach of Tony Hill’s caliber leading our girls basketball program,” said Patrick Boyd, Centennial athletic administrator. “His experience, proven track record of success at every level, and vision for what our girls program can become set him apart from all other candidates. This is a home run for Centennial athletics.”

At Lambuth, Hill led the Eagles to a No. 24 national ranking and an appearance in the NAIA National Tournament. He will teach personal finance at Centennial.
