Hurricane Junior Golf Tour continues Tennessee expansion

The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour is excited to continue its expansion to the state of Tennessee that began in the spring of 2013. HJGT moved into Tennessee with two tournaments in the first few months of 2013, and with over 30 premier events this upcoming fall, the elite tour will feature three high quality tournaments – one close to Williamson County.

HJGT will visit King’s Creek Golf Club in Spring Hill for the Nashville Jr. Challenge Nov. 2-3, along with Crossville’s Bear Trace for the Major Championship at Bear Trace Oct. 19-20 and the Chattanooga Jr. Shootout at the Bear Trace at Harrison Bay Nov. 16-17.

This choice tour has produced over 2,500 collegiate golfers who have signed letters of intent at over 200 universities and plays a vital role in promoting junior golf throughout the country. Playing on the nationally accredited tour will give all juniors an opportunity to gain nationwide exposure through multiple ranking systems including the National Junior Golf Scoreboard, the American Junior Golf Association, and the Golfweek/Titleist Performance Index.

“My passion, integrity, and love for the game have allowed me to develop a first-class operation,” HJGT Executive Director Mario Conte states. “The opportunity to be an exclusive member of the HJGT will provide a unique experience for all aspiring junior golfers. Our 2013 schedule is filled with some of the top courses in the country and we always strive to make your experience as memorable as possible.”
