Harpeth Associates will hold a public meeting at the Franklin Theatre on Tuesday, July 16, at 5:30 p.m. to provide an update on the status of the proposed project of Harpeth Associates between 1st and 2nd Avenues, and Bridge and East Main Streets in Downtown Franklin.
“We are excited about the opportunities afforded by our proposed project in Downtown Franklin but recognize that the project’s size and scope will raise many questions,” said J. Roderick Heller of Harpeth Associates. “We wish to be as open and transparent as possible and, accordingly, in advance of any required meetings in the Franklin approval process, want to bring the public up to date on the status of the project and provide the time for numerous questions.”
Jay Franks, prominent Franklin-based developer who is also with Harpeth Associates, “We are very appreciative that the Franklin Theatre is giving us the opportunity to reach members of the public on Tuesday, July 16. We hope as many people as possible will attend.”
