Franklin girls soccer team remain unbeaten with 6-0 over Summit

Liza Harbin scored twice in the first half and Ally Coady and Kat Hassell added a pair each in the second thanks to assists from Josie Deere, Meredith Slessman and Courtney Perkins,  as Franklin’s girls’ soccer team ran its record to 3-0-1 on the season with a 6-0 win over new District 11-AAA member Summit.
 
Goalkeeper Jess Harvey pitched her first shut-out of the season with help from the Lady Rebel defense.
 
Franklin is scheduled to face Siegel, Collierville and Science Hill in the Hendersonville Classic this weekend in Sumner County.
