Obituary: Robbie G. Hughes
Robbie G. Hughes, age 69 of Franklin, Tenn. died Sept. 13, 2013.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister with a beautiful soul. Hughes was an accomplished business woman for 20 years at her restaurant, The Country Bread Box.
She enjoyed sewing for everyone, especially her grandchildren. She was born in Williamson County to the late Leland and Robbie Reed Gore. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Hughes. She is survived by sons, Lewis (Pam) Hughes of Franklin, Tenn., Jerry Hughes of Franklin, Tenn. and Jason (Bridget) Hughes of Chapel Hill, Tenn.; brothers, Bob (Ruth) Gore and John (Karen) Gore; sister, Cynthia Gore; grandchildren, Marcie (Adam) Jenkins, Michelle (Josh) Mullins, Cliff Hughes, Kristin Hughes, Caleb Hughes, Kassie Hughes, Audrey and Lillian Hughes; great grandchildren, Kaylee and Jacob Mullins, Avery and Noah Jenkins.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15, 2013 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Buddy Victory officiating.
Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Cliff Hughes, Caleb Hughes, Josh Mullins, Brady Witt, Jim Gore and Ben Witt. Memorials may be made to Berea Church of Christ.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14 and two hours prior to the service at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 615-794-2289, www.williamsonmemorial.com.
