With an uncommon approach to development, the Terre Verde Group realizes a vision for lifestyle living
In 2011, the Terre Verde Group purchased a roughly 1,000-acre development in Williamson County and began construction on a new luxury community. One year later, The Grove welcomed 82 founding members with 82 home site sales totaling more than $13 million. Today, The Grove continues to build on its initial success in an effort to create the area’s premier lifestyle community.
One of The Grove’s most appealing features is its uncommon approach to real estate development. Individuals can personally select one of six construction companies through The Grove’s Signature Builders Program to build a home that fits their specific needs and lifestyle.
“You will not see any one home look like another,” said Mark Enderle, a Leiper’s Fork resident and Terra Verde partner. “We encourage owners to work with the builders and architects to design a home that meets their unique needs and tastes.”
Each of the six homebuilders – Atkins & Associates Homebuilders, Hidden Valley Homes, Ford Custom Classic Homes, Legend Homes, Stonegate Homes, and Tradition Homes – was carefully chosen for the program by The Grove due to its wide variety of floor plans, which start at 3,800 square feet, diverse architectural styles, quality craftsmanship and strong reputation.
Tommy Atkins of Atkins & Associates Homebuilders captures The Grove’s lifestyle-development vision: “The more we allow people to express themselves, the more likely they are to turn the houses we build into homes.”
While some customers want to customize their own home site, others want the simplicity of buying an already constructed home. In order to accommodate all preferences, The Grove also offers several finished homes featuring classic American architecture, traditional and romantic styles, spacious outdoor living areas, and upscale details.
The Grove will also offer a neighborhood of low-maintenance, high-quality villas, located near the community’s amenity core. The villas will range from 2,950 to 4,500 square feet and incorporate a variety of floor plans.
Perhaps the most appealing aspect of the community will be the flow between the homes and the amenities including the beauty of Greg Norman’s golf course, which was designed to fit into the natural landscape of the area.
