Terra Verde The developer behind the rise of The Grove

Terra Verde, the ownership group developing The Grove, has a sterling national reputation for building high-end, mixed-use communities that are extensions of the natural landscape where they reside.

In fact, the name “Terra Verde” translated means “Green Land” or “Green Earth.”

The company says the name highlights its respect for the land and surrounding environments for the communities it helps develop and bring to life. Stewardship of the land paired with financial integrity is the cornerstone on which this business has been built.

Terra Verde has offices in Tennessee, Texas and California. Heading up the Tennessee office is Mark Enderle, a partner in the ownership group and longtime resident of Leiper’s Fork.

A few of the notable projects that Terra Verde Partners have worked  include The Residences at The Ritz Carlton, Dove Mountain, Marana, Ariz.; Silverleaf in North Scottsdale, Ariz.; Oak Valley in Beaumont and Calimesa, Calif.; and, Lahontan in North Lake Tahoe, Calif.
