At Waverly 73, Fairview 45
A slow start hand cuffed the Yellow Jackets, as Fairview fell on the road 73-45 to Waverly. Trevin Beique led the Jackets with 12 points.
 
At Independence 60, Centennial 42
The Eagles put four players in double figures and themselves in a solid run for third place in District 11-AAA with a 60-42 win over Independence.  Deion Sims (17), Grayson Murphy (12), Bryan Thompson (12) and Calvin Williams (10) accounted for all but nine of the Eagles points.  Zack Schrader led Centennial with 11.
 
Marshall County 72 at Page 57
A big first half by Marshall County put Page in a hole the Patriots could not climb out of in a 72-57 loss at home.   Dylan White scored 15 for Page and  Christian Denton added 10.
 
GIRLS
At Waverly 50, Fairview 43
A wild second half comeback by Waverly forced overtime and pushed Waverly over the top for a 50-43 win.  Jesse Mangrum scored 17 for the Lady Jackets.
 
At Independence 60, Centennial 48
Katie Pierce (18), Avery Wharton (16), Regan Croff (12) and Gabby Wiggans (10) scored all but four Indy’s points in a 60-48 win over Centennial.  The Cougars got 12 from Jordan Johnson.
 
At Page 38, Marshall County 29
Meghan Jelonek (13) and Carli Batsell (12) combined for 25-points leading Page over Marshall County 38-29.
